Online Retail Key Account Manager

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- **_Sales Strategy Development:_** Develop and implement effective sales strategies for online and retail channels, aiming to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- **_Team Leadership:_** Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, fostering a culture of success and ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds sales goals.
- **_Inventory Management:_** Oversee inventory levels in online and retail stores, ensuring optimal product availability, and strategically managing stock turnover.
- **_Customer Service Excellence_**: Ensure exceptional customer service is provided across both online and physical retail environments, addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **_Sales Performance Analysis:_** Monitor sales performance, analyse data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities, contributing to informed decision-making.
- **_Merchandising Collaboration:_** Collaborate closely with the merchandising team to create compelling product displays and impactful promotional campaigns that drive sales.
- **_Regulatory Compliance:_** Ensure compliance with all retail and online sales regulations, including labelling and licensing requirements, to uphold legal standards.
**Desired Experience & Qualification**:
- Strong Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Knowledge of online sales platforms and retail operations
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
