**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies for online and retail channels to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Oversee inventory levels in online and retail stores, ensuring product availability and optimizing stock turnover.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided in both online and physical retail environments
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to create compelling product displays and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all retail and online sales regulations, including labelling and licensing requirements.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**:

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in both online and retail settings with at least 5 years experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Knowledge of online sales platforms and retail operations

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
