**Flight Centre Brand Financial Controller - RSA**:
**Are you a commercially savvy finance leader with a passion for driving strategic growth?**

Flight Centre Travel Group is looking for a **Flight Centre Brand Financial Controller** to provide financial leadership, commercial decision-making support, and strategic guidance to our Flight Centre leisure businesses, including Flight Centre Stores, Online, and Flight Centre Collection.

**About the Role**:
In this key leadership role, you will:
Partner with business leaders to optimize financial performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Lead a team of **three management accountants** to ensure strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and forecasting.
Develop and implement robust financial models to drive decision-making and operational efficiency.
Manage cost control and compliance, ensuring adherence to financial policies and risk management frameworks.
Leverage **Power BI and data analytics** to enhance financial insights and reporting.

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ Postgraduate degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance.
✔ 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role (experience leading a finance team is essential).
✔ CA(SA) or CIMA qualification (highly advantageous).
✔ A good understanding of data and Power BI, with experience leading a data and BI team.
✔ High level of commercial acumen.
✔ Able to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
✔ Strong business partnering skills, managing and influencing stakeholders, and building relationships.
✔ Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling.
✔ A self-starter, able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
✔ High attention to detail.
✔ Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills.
✔ Advanced time management and prioritization skills.
✔ Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to interpret complex business models.
