WATER AND SANITATION WS 33/25 Key Customer Accounts Manager
**Requirements**:

- Relevant Degree or BTech qualification
- 5 to 8 years’ relevant experience in a senior position,

supervising staff within a Customer Services environment.
- In depth knowledge of Customer relationship management

well as knowledge of organisational processes, practises,
procedures, municipal legislation and policies.
- Extensive SAP experience and in depth knowledge of the

City’s tariff policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Performance Areas
- Coordinate cross functional processes and interaction with

partners such as Provincial government, top business
partner users, business forums, developers and other
related stake holders to build mutual trust and resolve all
related key account queries.
- Perform analysis for accounts in the customer segment and

engage with all relevant stakeholders to resolve billing queries,
data discrepancies, supply non-conformances and incorrect bills.
- Disseminating results of investigations to both internal and

external stakeholders, fellow professionals engaged on
common areas of work within the Department / Branch by
written reports and meetings
- Continuously investigate methods to resolve and respond to

financial matters affecting the Key Accounts Customer Bills,
Support Implementation of metering/billing projects
- Liaise with internal and external partners to collect revenue on

a monthly basis
- Ensure escalated high level queries are resolved within

expected time frames and reported on regularly
- Engaging in high level problem solving techniques using

information gained from various sources such as research,
data collection, consulting others within and external to the
Organization
- Drafting letters and reports to provide information and resolve

queries or problems
- Management and Supervision of personnel in Key Accounts
