WATER AND SANITATION WS 104/25 Artisan Engineering
**Requirements**:

- Instrumentation Trade Test Certificate.
- 1- 2 years’ relevant experience in Instrumentation
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety
- Ability to work under poor light conditions and in confined

spaces
- Physically fit and able to work on ladders, scaffolding and

machine driven lifting equipment
- A valid Code B driver’s licence

Key Performance Areas
- Perform installation, repairs and replacement of automation

equipment within specified timeframes, ensuring high quality
workmanship.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing to verify structural

integrity, electrical safety, and mechanical functionality
of automation equipment and communicating any
malfunction to the immediate supervisor.
- Communicate with the immediate supervisor and

establishing material and resources necessary against
specific works orders and job cards.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, including

maintenance logs, repair reports, and material usage
- Provide guidelines and specific instructions to personnel

with respect to the preparation of work site for major/minor
works.
- Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and

Safety (OHS) Act and other statutory requirements.
