**Your Mission**:
As our Customer Experience Assistant, you'll be the face of our customer-centric approach. Get ready to engage with our awesome customers, not just reactively but proactively too. And hey, this isn't your typical call center gig. We're all about going above and beyond to put smiles on our customers' faces

**Key Responsibilities**
- Rock our customer engagement across multiple platforms.
- Team up with our internal squads to tackle order hiccups and keep our customers happy.
- Tackle those ad hoc admin tasks like a boss.

**Experience**
- Two years of shining in customer service, hospitality, or retail.
- Matric? Check
