Job Position: Warehouse Administrator

Location: Kuilsriver (Cape Town)

**Salary**: R16 000 per month CTC commensurate with experience and qualification

Qualifications / Requirements:

- National Matric Certificate
- Any tertiary education will be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years receiving experience
- Minimum 5 years general warehouse experience
- Previous experience in Syspro or a related ERP system
- Attention to detail (meticulous) and strong problem-solving skills
- Must adhere and enforce company procedures
- Manage time effectively
- Clear and continuous communication is essential
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Exhibit the ability to use inventory software efficiently
- Possess basic math skills
- Be able to work well with a team
- Communicate clearly and effectively
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Exhibit familiarity with shipping and billing procedures
- Demonstrate awareness of proper warehouse and factory safety procedures

Key Performance Areas:

- Oversee the management of stock and administration processes within the warehouse operations
- Receiving, issuing and dispatching stock as well as handling communication between procurement, warehouse and production
- Responsible for the data entry and inventory of all stock
- Administrative and clerical tasks (such as scanning or printing)
- Arrange meetings, appointments, answering phone calls and taking messages
- Record meeting minutes and liaise with teams and units
- Tracking petty cash and handling payments
- Recordkeeping, and inventory control
- Production:

- Issue of production raw materials
- Print picking of production materials
- Open of job cards
- Monitoring WIP
- Syspro:

- Amend and update bin locations
- Stock take generation
- Issuing of job cards
- Stock:

- Book in of stock
- Request stock adjustments
- Asset management-loss prevention
- Process non-stock orders
- Credit notes - GRN
- Allocation of consignment stock
- Process exceptions to receipt of products and communicate to supply:

- Monitoring of GIT (Goods in transit) stock
- Resolve issues with suppliers
- Cycle counts and stock takes:

- Print cycle sheets
- Capture counts
- Investigate count variances
- Finance and Admin:

- Casual payments
- Control branch petty cash
- Freight allocation
- Manual orders:

- Conduct any ad-hoc tasks
- Creation of Capex for asset purchases
