Head of HR Operations

**Here are a few of the tasks you'll get to work on**:

- 1) Manage and administer employee benefits with care and expertise_
- Take charge of enhancing employee benefits group-wide.
- Efficiently manage all benefit providers in different regions, ensuring adherence to contracts.
- 2) Administer incentive programs, compensation, and payroll administration_
- Ensure consistent implementation of remuneration packages across the group, aligned with best practices and regional income tax regulations.
- Oversee the efficient implementation of compensation and remuneration strategies in all locations.
- 3) Assume responsibility for policy implementation and compliance_
- Champion and enforce a unified set of HR policies across the organization, both in compliance with the law and in alignment with company objectives and values.
- Keep policies current and easily accessible to all employees.
- 4) Engage in employee relations_
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee queries or concerns and direct them to the appropriate support person.
- Act as a mediator and expertly resolve any employee relations issues that may arise.
- 5) Administer HR Operations_
- Oversee all aspects of operations related to the employee journey, including onboarding and offboarding tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policy and regional legal requirements by efficiently managing employee leave programs tailored to each specific region.
- 6) Manage disciplinary issues_
- Ensure smooth disciplinary processes within the team by implementing appropriate disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal obligations specific to the region of employment.
- Work closely with management to create and execute effective corrective action plans when necessary.

**️ To excel in this role, you should have the following**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive proven experience in HR operations or a related role, with a solid understanding of HR processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Prefer HR experience in the following regions: UK, US, Canada, South Africa, Belgium, Germany Singapore and Mexico.
