**QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE**
- Educational Background: Matric/Grade 12 Certificate;
- Relevant Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain
- Management, International Trade, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar export, logistics, or freight forwarding role.
- Export Procedures: Familiar with airfreight, sea freight, and road freight processes in exports predominantly.
- Documentation: Hands-on experience in preparing and handling export documentation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel);
- Experience with Shipshape or similar export control software is advantageous.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Export Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of export control procedures for airfreight, roadfreight, seafreight, and courier processes.
- Documentation: Ability to accurately prepare, review, and manage export documentation.
- Compliance: Ensure all export activities comply with local and international regulations.
- Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth export operations.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues related to export processes promptly.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Handle additional tasks as needed.
