- Minimum **3+ years of proven branch management experience** (retail or food industry preferred).
- Strong **sales background**, ideally with experience in the **pie or bakery industry**.
- Excellent **customer service etiquette** and interpersonal skills.
- Highly **driven and target-focused**, with the ability to boost sales and grow the branch.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage staff, stock, and daily operations efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all daily branch operations.
- Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure stock levels, product quality, and store presentation meet company standards.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism.
