The Junior Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in the successful running of the branch..

The Junior Assistant Branch Managers role is predominately office bound but can extend to other areas like the yard. This person is in constant contact with our customers and staff, ensuring that excellent customer service is provided at all times. The Junior Assistant Branch Manager reports directly to the Branch Manager with no staff reporting to him/her.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer the phone
- Make trailer bookings
- Booking Trailers Out for rental
- Booking Trailers Back from rental
- Assist customers with bookings
- Verify new & existing customer information
- Capture rental requirements
- Promote and market the business
- Provide high quality, professional customer service
- Assist the manager where necessary

**Assist the branch manager with the following but not limited to**
- Spares Stock Take
