As a Waiter/ Waitress at this Luxury Hospitality Group, you will play an integral role in ensuring that our guests enjoy an unparalleled dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, creating a warm and welcoming environment where each guest feels valued and attended to. Working closely with a dynamic and passionate team, you will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding hospitality that turns every meal into a memorable occasion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure prompt and efficient service. You will maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to make informed recommendations to guests.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered in a timely manner.
- Manage tables, take payments, and handle guest queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in daily pre-service meetings to review menus, discuss specials, and address any concerns or issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests. You will stay up to date with menu changes, promotions, and events to provide informed and enthusiastic service.

**Daily Tasks**
- Review menu and daily specials before each service.
- Set up station, including utensils, glassware, and linens.
- Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure their needs are being met.
- Manage tables, take payments, and process transactions efficiently.
- Participate in section side work, including cleaning and restocking stations.
