**Descriptions**:

- Implement a culture of high performance.
- Manage staff retention and performance.
- Client satisfaction is primary goal.
- To manage customer relationships with all Clients.
- Establish and manage business goals.
- Manage the performance of the business and the personnel in terms of specified Key Performance Areas, as well as personnel’s KPI’s.
- To comply with legislation relating to the Industry/Property Administration Business (ie. Sectional Titles Act, CSOS, STSMA and other relevant acts).
- To implement and improve on current strategies and systems to provide sustainable, stable, timeous performance delivery to clients.
- To manage the performance, train, develop and retain the employees to achieve above objectives as well as ensuring a high performance culture.
- Manage and achieve Income growth and Expenses related targets, in order to achieve profitability targets for the business unit, as agreed annually.
- Attend to, and conclude new business enquires and present quotations for new business contracts with potential clients.
- Finalise new client agreements and facilitate take-on by MPA TEAM.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 - 7 years Portfolio Management (Sectional Title) experience.
- Previous management experience in a similar Industry
- Degree or other professional qualification would be advantageous
- Paddocks Sectional Title Scheme Management diploma or Tertius Maree Training courses or similar completed would be advantageous.
- Strong financial knowledge and experience is essential and a good understanding of financial systems and controls.
- Personnel leader and experience in leading personnel.
- Good judgement and strong decision making skills.
- Presentable, neat and professional.
- Judgement to know when it is required to assist personnel with difficult meetings and/or when the need arise to attend meetings after hours to achieve KPI’s and responsibilities.
