What will you do?
- To drive the strategy to obtain new business from existing brokerages and Sanlam affiliated intermediaries (SAI)
- To drive the recruitment of new brokerages and SAI’s
- Management of business quality and bad debt
- Achieve financial and operational results
- Management and leadership of staff

What will make you successful in this role?
Qualification & experience
- Matric
- Certificate of Wealth Management.
- Diploma in Sales Management advantageous
- RE 5 and/or 1
- At least 10 years relevant experience within the insurance industry of which at least 3 years in a management role.
- MS Office Intermediate knowledge
- Financial acumen
- Well-developed management and leadership practices
