**What we are looking for**
**Required Duties**
- Attend to all e-Natis documentation from vehicle acquired status, to accepted status and delivered status
- Attend to client requirements
- Compilation and coordination of all necessary documentation
- Co-ordinate between Sales, Finance, and Acquisitions with internal stakeholders
- Finalisation of documentation/contract, coordination and filing
- Administration of traffic fines

- Clearly communicate with your customers to educate and guide
**Minimum requirements**
- Grade 12
- Valid Driver’s license (code 08) and own transport
- English spoken and written
- Applicants fluent in additional languages (Xhosa; Zulu; Afrikaans) would be given preference
- Contactable references
- No criminal record

**Salary Scale & Benefits**
- R96 000 Cost to Company Per Annum
- Business Incentive Scheme in addition
**Working Hours**
- Operational Roles are required to work a six-day (45 hour) week which includes Saturdays
- Public holidays will be worked as scheduled (on rotation)
- Non-Operational Roles are required to work variable hours often outside of standard working hours and this can include Weekend and/or Public Holidays as scheduled and dependent on the role.

**Salary**: Up to R96,000.00 per year
