IT Administrator

We’re looking for a skilled **IT Administrator** (based in Cape Town) to manage our IT infrastructure, support business operations, and ensure seamless system performance. If you have a strong technical background and enjoy problem-solving, this is the role for you

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)**

As our** IT Administrator**, you will:

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, and software.
- Implement and oversee IT security measures to protect company data.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide system support to employees.
- Maintain and monitor IT asset registers and software licenses.
- Ensure data backups and disaster recovery protocols are in place.
- Provide user training on IT systems and updates.
- Work with vendors to procure and manage IT-related services.
- Provide remote and on-site IT support as needed.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of IT administration or IT support experience.
- Proven track record in network management and troubleshooting
- Mentoring team members / oversight of team members

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 / Matric (mandatory)
- Valid Driver’s Licence (compulsory) older than 1 year
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, or IT security (advantageous)

- Reside in Cape Town
- Must be available immediately
- Meet minimum requirements above
