A PreOwned Motor Vehicle Dealership based in
**East Rand - Jhb** is looking for a
**Vehicle Stock Controller with experience in the Automotive Industry, **who can handle high volumes.

This role will see you effectively maintain and control the availability of vehicle stock on 2 Dealership floors, to optimize potential sales.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Stock Controller experience in the **Automotive Industry** is required (not negotiable)
- Computer literate with good Excel experience
- Experience with working on Google Docs
- Experience on Keyloop will be an advantage but not required
- Valid Drivers License is required in order to travel between the 2 Dealerships when required (company transport provided)
- Must be energetic with the ability to handle pressure
- Excellent attention to detail skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control vehicles together with keys delivered to or released
- Input accurate vehicle information into the system for each vehicle received and or released
- Accurately account for all vehicles, match the checks to the information provided on the system : i.e. account number, Vehicle Identification number (VIN), make, model, year, mileage, colour, extras, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels
- Provide continuous progress report feedback to the sales team and management
- Checking vehicle specifications
