We are growing our Ops team due to our success over the last few years, so we are on the lookout for an ambitious Operations & Automation professionals to join us on our exciting journey. We have big plans for the next few years that will be amazing to be part of

**What's the Role About?**

This isn't your run-of-the-mill operations role. We're looking for someone who can blend the traditional with the modern, bringing in a fresh perspective to operational strategies. Your role will be a mix of operational tasks and a focus on digital platforms, especially tools that enhance operational efficiency. You'll have the autonomy to innovate, streamline, and introduce processes that set us apart as a brand.

We aim to make you an expert in operational tools and strategies, leveraging platforms to enhance our operational efficiency and streamline processes. This role demands someone who's not just process-oriented but also has a flair for digital tools and platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with operational tools and strategies, especially digital ones.
- Familiarity or experience in the Recruitment or operations industry.
- A keen interest in digital transformation and operational efficiency.
- Proactive, communicative, and a team player.
- Innovative and creative, especially when it comes to operational strategies.
- Comfortable working in a remote team setup.
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, or other project management tools is a plus.
- Previous experience or interest in the recruitment sector is beneficial.

**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
