The **Operations Assistant **is a valuable role at Unisky that reports to the Head of Sky Management and works towards ensuring smooth business operations. As this position involves collaboration with different departments to increase overall work performance, strong attention to detail and general business acumen is essential.

- Online Marketplace Communication & Compliance
- Managing Online Marketplace Returns
- Management of Lead Time Orders
- Managing All Courier Bookings & Communications for Clients
- Reconciling Branch Transfers with Online Marketplaces
- Handling Online Marketplace Disputes
