Area: Carrington Heights Durban
Key Performance Areas:

- Identify All requirements and thereafter request rates (or work with rates on hand)
- Preparation of quotes on Cargowise (experience on Cargowise will be beneficial)
- Follow up with customers on quotes sent
- Must be able to communicate well with customers.
- Updating of rate files spreadsheets and schedules
- Ensure everyone countrywide has correct rates, carriers & agreements

Job Requirements and

**Required Skills**:

- Matric
- A broad Knowledge on Air and Sea freight handling of project cargo, Road freight, cross border / cross trades, imports and exports will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of Incoterms is Essential.
- Intermediate computer literally skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Working experience of Cargo Wise (Advantageous)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Sea and airfreight import experience (minimum 3 years)
- Must have knowledge of processes
- Ability to work late where required
