This role requires a proactive and driven individual to identify opportunities, present tailored solutions, and achieve revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and identify potential clients requiring clearing and forwarding servicesConduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in logisticsDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targetsGenerate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and referralsBuild and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their logistics needsConduct service reviews with key accounts and identify cross-selling opportunitiesPrepare and deliver sales presentations and proposalsNegotiate contracts and service level agreements with clientsCoordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new businessStay informed on customs regulations, international trade requirements, and logistics trendsProvide clients with insights to optimize supply chain processesAbout You3-5 years of proven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industryTrack record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targetsKnowledge of customs procedures, international shipping, and trade regulationsStrong communication, negotiation, and closing skillsProficient in MS Office and CRM systemsAbility to understand complex logistics requirements and propose solutionsSelf-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with strong business acumenCustomer-focused with a passion for building long-term relationshipsValid drivers license and reliable vehicle for client visits
