Payroll Consulting Coordinator

**Job Purpose**
Ensure the smooth running of the Professional Services team by coordinating and manging the day to day operations of the team. Provides clerical support to Consulting team, coordinating activities and scheduling appointments. Takes pro-active steps to improve internal processes and to support the team to deliver on their projects.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Coordinating responsibilities
- Coordinate the diaries and schedules of the Payroll & HR Consultants
- Arrange project meetings with external customers and obtain all relative documentation for new implementations for the Consultants
- Ensure booking of customer consultations and arrange rescheduling as and when required
- Become the go between the customer and the consultant ensuring smooth implementations
- Responsible for the month-end consulting processes
- Ensure that internal and customer signoffs are obtained on all key project deliverables
- General administration for the team
- Coordinate invoicing with the finance department and ensure teams claims are submitted on time.
- Ensure CRM is updated at all times.
- Arrange travel arrangements both local and International as and when required within company guidelines
- Maintain all departmental documentation
- Responsible for the team's Social budget.
- Sends quotes to customers for consulting work
- Manage operations of Professional Services Department
**Requirements**:
- Good knowledge of Payroll consulting environment
- 5 years plus in a similar role.
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite i.e. Excel, Word etc
Strong interpersonal skills
- Pay attention to detail
- Communicate effectively
