**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for the following processes from end-to-end:

- Recruitment and selection
- Training and development
- Employment relations
- Onboarding of new hires on the payroll and HRIS system
- Maintain the integrity of the HR data, from HRIS system, payroll system, soft and physical employee files.
- Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of training initiatives, including managing and updating of the training calendar.
- Managing the entire HR administrative process from on-boarding to termination
- Collate information for all HR reports and present to HR management
- Process the hourly payroll and respond to pay queries
- Assist and advise management on Labour Relations matters, ensuring that the correct procedures are followed
- Updating and maintaining employee records, physical and soft copy records

**EMPLOYMENT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS**
