**Minimum requirements for the role**:

- Must have a Grade 12, with passes in English and Mathematics
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a credit controller position will be required
- Experience in the FMCG industry is essential
- Must have previous experience with chain store rebates and the processing thereof
- Must be Computer literate in Excel and use of an ERP system
- Good communication and writing skills, specifically in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, are important
- Must have a valid drivers license and own transport
- Must have a clear ITC, credit and criminal record
- Processing all suppliers invoices and credit notes timeously before month end.
- Receiving of certain non-stock items.
- Matching of all necessary documentation required to make payments.
- Completing creditors reconciliations within set deadlines.
- Ensuring timeous resolution of supplier queries.
- Opening new accounts on the ERP System.
- Processing of payments weekly and at month end.
- Completing general ledger reconciliations.
- Obtaining BBB-EE certificates for all suppliers and keeping BBB-EE listings updated.
- Assisting auditors in the year-end audit.
- Filing all creditors correspondence.
**Salary package is highly negotiable depending on experience
