**Minimum Requirements**

**For the **_Senior Lecturer_**, the following criteria shall apply**
- A PhD in Inorganic Chemistry or closely related discipline.
- Evident track record of research in the aforementioned discipline as reflected by publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Teaching experience at the higher education level.

**For the Lecturer the following criteria shall apply**:

- An MSc in Inorganic Chemistry or closely related discipline.
- Experience of research in the aforementioned discipline as reflected by publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Teaching experience at the higher education level.
