Technical Advisor - To provide technical support on MDG related

Drive SAP MDG solution design activities - Material Master, Finance Master Data Objects, Customer, Vendor, etc.

Functional Advisor - Class & Attributes Definitions - Create new class by Jira, Material Master Data Cleansing - Carry out the cleansing process for data discrepancies in the material code including duplication

Material Master Data Standardization - Standardizing master data in the system

Material Master Data Maintain - Maintain material master data (change/edit/revise and block/flag-delete/activate material)

Reviewer - Review on incoming request on Smart-tool especially PNG (evaluation, mapping and maintaining non-trade material master data)

Report Maker - Reporting - Evaluation for continuous improvement used on reporting

JIRA’s PIC - Jira Creator & Controller - Monitoring and follow-up on JIRA’s process (coordinate with derivative department e.g. BPM, User, local IT team)

Manage the SAP MDG projects to ensure timely delivery

**Qualifications**:
**Bachelors’ Degree in**: Engineering, Information Technology, Computer and Information Science may be relevant

Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SAP MDG - Material Master, Finance Master Data Objects, Customer, Vendor, etc.

Experience working with Manufacturing, Packaging, Procurement and Finance stakeholders would be an added advantage.

Knowledge

Understanding of Master data processes

Capacity to work in a group domain, viably cooperating with others

Capacity to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations from multiple stakeholders

Advanced proficiency in SAP, MS Excel

Good communication and presentation skills

Data analysis & integration

Analytical and problem solving

Organising and Project Management skills

Stakeholder engagement and management

Capable of working independently.

Execution of multiple assignments simultaneously

Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
