Nickon Property Group is looking for an experienced real estate agent who are ambitious, determined, target orientated, and sales driven.

Experience & Qualification Qualification:

- Grade 12 - NQF4 Estate Agent qualification will be an advantage Experience:

- A minimum of 1 Years experience as Sales Agent is a Must.
- Working knowledge of real estate law.
- Sectional Title Act exposure will be an advantage.

Package & Remuneration
- To Be Discussed In Interview

Other Requirements
- Proven track of successful sales record.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Pleasant and trustworthy. Computer Literate, MS Office.
- Must have own vehicle and laptop.
- Up to date with property market status.
- Proficient in Afrikaans and English.
- Persuasive with marketing, rentals and sales.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Excellent communication and negation skills.
- Good administrative skills. Team player.
- Customer service orientated.

**Salary**: Up to R100,000.00 per month
