Pretoria North, South Africa Mandated Property Full time

Our company is looking for qualified estate agents. The main focus of the role is to represent the company in all aspects of successfully marketing, renting, and selling property. They need to provide excellent customer service and adherence to all job requirements.

We offer up to 90% commission split on sales and a 60% commission split on rentals. NO desk fees, NO royalties, NO penalties, and NO any other hidden fees. We further offer a myriad of property marketing products and services. Our in-house property marketing and advertising team produce highly sophisticated, cost-effective marketing programs designed to help our estate agents list and sell more South African property.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect information about a property and arrange for photographs to be taken;
- Visit and talk to the sellers about their property;
- Organise and be present at show days;
- Market and promote properties for sale;
- Represent sellers and buyers in the negotiation process;
- Conclude sales and liaise with all parties including mortgage brokers and conveyancers;
- Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market.

**Education & Experience**
- Grade 12;
- 1 to 2 years experience in the real estate industry;
- Own transport, laptop, mobile phone and internet.

**Knowledge & Skills Required**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Be familiar with the rules and regulations in real estate;
- Computer literate;
- Good interpersonal and listening skills;
- Must be willing and able to work irregular hours (including weekends and evenings);
- Must be focused, dedicated, driven, and ambitious;
- Must display confidence and professionalism.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Temp to perm, Internship
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: R200,000.00 - R300,000.00 per year
