The main focus of the role is to represent the company in all aspects of successfully marketing and selling property. Applicants must have a valid driver’s License and their own reliable car, cell phone and laptop.

**Key Competencies**
- Must come from a sales background or have a passion for sales;
- Must be bilingual
- Offer exceptional Customer service;
- Coping with pressure and setbacks;
- Be able to work under pressure.

**Education & Requirements**
- Grade 12; PDE 4 (Full Status Real Estate Agent)
- Own laptop and mobile phone.
- Own vehicle
- Must able to able to support yourself financially for 3 - 6 months

**Knowledge & Skills Required**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Computer literate;
- Good interpersonal and listening skills;
This is a **commission only **job; the commission works on a sliding scale, **50/50: 55/45; 60/40**. If you have what it takes to be successful in this industry, your earning potential is unlimited.
