As we scale our impact, we are looking for a **Strategic Partnerships and Funding Manager** to spearhead our efforts in securing funding and building strategic relationships to fuel our mission.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Strategic Funding Initiatives**: Drive the entire lifecycle of funding initiatives, from researching opportunities to crafting winning proposals and managing submissions for grants, venture capital, and competitions.
- **Develop and Strengthen Partnerships**: Build relationships with key stakeholders, including venture capitalists, investors, grant-giving organizations, and strategic partners to secure financial resources and collaborative opportunities.
- **Proposal and Grant Writing**: Create compelling, data-driven proposals that reflect the innovation and impact of our XR education projects and the expansion of simulation labs.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Provide regular performance insights through data analytics on bid success, funding outcomes, and partnership performance, offering actionable recommendations to improve future efforts.
- **Team Leadership**: Ensure the bid office operates efficiently, with team members consistently reporting progress and meeting deadlines for submissions.
- **Venture Capital and Investor Relations**: Manage and coordinate high-level meetings with venture capital firms and potential investors to explore new avenues of funding.
- **Pipeline Management**: Maintain a calendar and clear process for tracking deadlines and deliverables, ensuring all proposals are submitted on time and in line with company objectives.
- **Strategic Input**: Collaborate with leadership to align funding strategies with broader business goals, playing a key role in the company’s growth trajectory.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in managing bids, writing successful proposals, and building strategic partnerships.
- **Excellent Communication**: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of building rapport with external partners and crafting high-quality proposals.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, with a sharp focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding targets.
- **Knowledge of Funding Sources**: Familiarity with various funding avenues such as grants, venture capital, competitions, and awards, particularly in education and technology sectors.
- **Data-Driven**: Proficiency in analytics tools to monitor and report on bid office metrics, partnerships, and funding activities.
- **Team Player**: Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
