Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Strategic Partnerships Head to lead the development and execution of the bank's partnership strategy. This role is responsible for identifying, structuring, and managing strategic partnerships that drive customer value, unlock revenue opportunities, and support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the partnerships strategy and framework.
  • Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities through partnerships (e.g. fintechs, telcos, retailers).
  • Manage strategic relationships and act as a key liaison between the bank and its partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to launch joint initiatives and measure impact.
  • Ensure all partnership activities meet regulatory, risk, and governance requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in partnerships, strategy, or business development, ideally within financial services or fintech.
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high-impact partnerships and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
