Good Knight Bedding is Seeking a factory floor manager

You will be responsible for the production of orders that come into the factory and ensure quality and orders are filled

Key Responsibilities:

- **Production Management**:Overseeing the entire manufacturing process, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- **Quality Control**:Implementing and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.
- **Cost Management**:Monitoring and controlling production costs, minimizing waste, and optimizing resource utilization.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep of all factory equipment.
- **Safety Compliance**:Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- **Team Leadership**:Managing and motivating a team of factory personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- **Communication**:Maintaining clear and effective communication with all levels of the organization, including suppliers and vendors.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identifying areas for improvement in production processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Pay: R18 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month

**Experience**:
