**Job Purpose**:
To maximise the commercial opportunity in our Biosimilars business. In this role you will lead the execution of new launches and in-market tactics to build market share, sales and growth while creating value for the organization. The role will focus on the immuno-inflammatory therapeutic area and expand into other areas as the business requires.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the definition, design, execution, and measurement of brand strategy across the target audience of specialists (i.e., rheumatologists, gastroenterologists, practise managers/nurses and patients). This role requires a close partnership with the Commercial Team, Market Access, Finance, Supply and Project Management Office to ensure impactful and timeous launches into market. The Marketing Manager will also work closely with the Brand Management Team in order to identify key market insights that can help shape the strategies.

This position will be responsible for aligning the team around a clear vision and purpose while leading, inspiring, developing and motivating the team to successfully achieve individual and organizational objectives. Ultimately the ask is to position the Cipla Biosimilars portfolio franchise, as leaders in the immuno-inflammatory therapeutic space.

**Education Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required, preferably in business, marketing, or life sciences
- Proven track record and understanding within/of commercial pharmaceutical environment
- Computer Literacy: Excel, Word, Power Point, predictive analysis
- Advanced knowledge of technological tools
- Advanced understanding if IMS and Impact Marketing systems

**Relevant Work Experience**:

- 8 + years of pharmaceutical / healthcare experience
- 5 + years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Marketing experience with biologics in the immuno-inflammatory area is essential (rheumatology / gastroenterology)
- Significant pharmaceutical commercial experience with a successful track record of growing market share as well as preparing for and successfully launching new products and brands
- Strong analytical and logical skills
