Krones Southern Africa provides local engineering services for the beer and beverage industry within the Sub
- Saharan African region. We strive to provide excellent after-sales service and support. Our goal is to ensure that our customers maintain high standards of quality and productivity.

**Your tasks**:
Inquiries
- Receive inquiries both internal and external.
- Technical, commercial, and timely clarification of incoming inquiries with customers
- Capture the data in SAP and create the workflow for technical preparation by LCS Product-specialist’s.
- Liaise with customer regarding any queries or missing data.
- Liaise with internal technical support for any clarification required.

Quotations
- Creation of quotations, both basic and complex, on basis of technical preparations by product specialists.
- Include commercial terms and conditions, up-charging /discounting, freight, service, timing, lead time notification.
- Coordination with responsible salesperson for commercial clarification of the quote strategy (terms and conditions)
- Liaise with internal technical support for any clarification required.
- Follow-up quotations with the customer in a coordination with the Salesperson

Orders
- Receive orders from the customer and check for completeness - pricing, terms etc
- Communicate order details with Procurement and Finance for processing.
- Provide order confirmation to customer with lead times.
- Track order status and communicate internally and externally.
- Cooperation with LCS Project Manager for clarification (in alignment with salesperson)
- Liaise with Logistics regarding delivery conditions and execution.
- The coordinator needs to communicate across all levels and divisions, both local and international, with regard to all the stages set out above.

**Your profile**:

- Knowledge and experience
- Information Systems, SAP, CRM (Salesforce),
- 5 years Industry experience in a technical sales environment
- Exposure to multi-disciplinary complex projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Qualifications and education required
- Higher Grade Matric
- Technical qualification would be an advantage.
