**_ Position Purpose:_**

The purpose of the Key Accounts Consultant position is to ensure that the Key Accounts department is maximising its

revenue and developing a sound relationship with all the stakeholders. The Key Accounts Consultant will also contribute in

sustaining and growing the key accounts department in achieving positive results, they will also serve as a link of

communication between key customers and internal teams.

**_ Position outputs:_**
- Maximize customer service by managing customer service execution interface on a day to day.
- Facilitate relationship building with all key internal stakeholders (internal capabilities).
- Support customer service initiatives.
- Assist in the management of internal Key Accounts (TFR/TPT/TNPA/TE)
- Involved in direct contact with internal customer, handle and resolve accounts queries and complaints.
- Handle monthly Billing of customers as per signed Service Level Agreement, including Ad-hoc services.
- Facilitate the consolidation of Key Accounts monthly reports.
- Engage with Regional Teams to follow up on complaints and ensure that complaints are resolved timeously.
- Responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales

opportunities within them
- Manage service performance on behalf of customers through SLA process
- Support customer service initiatives
- Initiate and execute customer centric processes and improvements
- Manage after sale relationship
- Coordinate building supervisor assessment reports
- Manage customer satisfaction survey
- Generate revenue for the department

**_Qualifications & Experience:_**
- 3-year degree/diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields (NQF level 7).
- 7 years’ experience in various forms of Marketing and Communications, at least 2 of which should be in management

position.
- Experience managing Key Account function on a diverse property portfolio (essential)
- Experience in the real estate industry would be advantageous.
- A strong demonstrable network of media owners and relevant stakeholders
