**Job Title: Operations Manager - Boksburg**

**Location**: Boksburg, Johannesburg
**Salary**: R10,000 - R12,500 (Fixed Salary)
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

**About Us**:
Master Kitchen Solution (MKS) is a leading supplier and service provider for industrial kitchen equipment. We work with top brands like Hungry Lion, KFC, Rohloff, and Colefax. Our Boksburg branch plays a crucial role in supporting our Johannesburg operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all branch operations, including job assignments, team performance, and project execution.
- Handle invoicing, quotations, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Maintain strong customer relations by addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Ensure that clients are paying on time and in full, following up on outstanding payments and resolving any discrepancies to maintain smooth cash flow.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure service quality and adherence to timelines.
- Liaise with
- Report directly to the National Operations Manager in Cape Town and the company directors on a daily bases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure the branch runs efficiently, with a focus on meeting sales and service targets.

**Requirements**:

- Previous management or supervisory experience in a similar environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in handling invoicing, quotations, and reporting.
- Experience with credit control and managing customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Excellent communication skills for managing both team members and client relations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday.
- Own transport & License

Pay: Up to R12 500,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Boksburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Operations: 3 years (required)
- Food Industry: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English,Afrikaans,Xhosa (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers License (required)
