The position of Service / Operations Manager include formulating and management of service/vetting team for the ILS Subsidiary. To be successful in this role you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision maker, helping people develop and be productive, while ensuring the profit rise and superior client service.

**Tasks**
- Implement and evaluate processes.
- Identify quality control issues and suggest solutions.
- Implement strategies and coordinate different service/vetting and support departments.
- Contribute to budget and organizational plans.
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Set policies and processes.
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
- Prepare regular reports to GM/CEO.
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulatons.
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts)

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- 5 years medium/ Corporate Service experience and/ or diploma in operating a bsiness with at least 5 years experience in a management role.
- Experience in planning, budgeting and report to senior management.
- Extreme ability to coordinate functions between different departments in ISS/ILS and external clients.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Motivate people
- Presentable and professional in working with any level of people.

- Extreme ability to coordinate various operational tasks.

Report to the General Manager ISS/Chief Operating Officer / Director Innovative Solutions Group.
