Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving new business, managing existing client relationships, overseeing client deliverables, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process and ongoing success for our clients. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
**Responsibilities**:
**New Business Development**:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
**Client Relationship Management**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and objectives to ensure that the company is meeting their expectations.
**Client Deliverables Oversight**:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Monitor and report on the progress of projects, addressing any issues that arise.
**Onboarding and Client Success**:
Manage the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and setup. Develop success plans for clients that outline critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, and provide recommendations.
**Feedback and Improvement**:
Collect client feedback to drive continuous improvement in our services and solutions. Work closely with the product development and service teams to inform them of market needs and priorities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
