**Your Mission**

As our Account Executive, you’ll be the first point of human contact for our global client base—acting as both a trusted advisor and a problem-solving wizard. From onboarding new clients to maintaining long-term satisfaction, your role is all about connection, communication, and continuity. You’ll ensure that every client feels like our only client.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Act as the primary liaison for our SaaS clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing success
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients across diverse industries and geographies
- Proactively identify client needs and propose solutions to enhance their product experience
- Use data and insights to monitor usage and client engagement, addressing red flags before they flash
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction
- Engage with clients (and potential clients) on social platforms to drive visibility and trust

**What You Bring**
- 3+ years in a client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment
- Proven experience managing international client portfolios with varying levels of complexity
- Digital-first mindset with serious internet fluency—you know your Slack from your Discord, and your threads from your Threads
- Social media savvy with a knack for online engagement and a voice that resonates
- Strong project management and multitasking skills (bonus points if your to-do list has a to-do list)
- A collaborative spirit with excellent communication and empathy—you speak fluent “client”
