**Position**: Social Media Agent

**Location**: Ndabeni, Pinelands or Surrounds

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing social media strategies and content that aligns with our brand goals and values.
- Monitoring and analysing social media performance, metrics, and feedback.
- Responding to customer queries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Performing general administrative tasks.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Must live in Ndabeni, Pinelands or surrounds.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in both Xhosa and English.
- A good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to generate original and relevant content ideas.
- A strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and initiative.
- A positive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well in a team and independently.
