Robin Trust
is a registered NPO (based on a Christian ethos) offering health care and related services, located in the Oude Molen Eco Village, Pinelands, Cape Town. We provide sub-acute hospitalisation, training of home based carers as well as community health care services through our "Community care @ home" programme.

We have a vacancy for a Personal Assistant to the General Manager.

Key performance areas include:

·       Administrative support services to the General Manager

o  General Administration

o  Setting up appointments

o  Managing the GM's diary

o  Filing and archiving

o  Recording and typing up minutes.

·       Assist with implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns, including events.

·       Assist with managing and reporting on website and social media activities, including publishing relevant content.

·       Assist with conducting market research, including building and maintaining databases and mailing lists.

·       Prepare and generate reports for internal and external purposes, including for the approval and submission to statutory bodies, e.g. Department of Social Services, Education and Board of Health funders.

·       Assisting the Carer Agency with administration work.

·       Relieving when someone is absent.

·       Scheduling interviews for Carer positions

To be considered for the role you will need:

·       A post-matric secretarial course certificate plus a marketing diploma or degree will be an advantage

·       Administration and marketing experience of more than 3 years

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office - email, Word; Excel; PowerPoint

·       Experience with digital marketing and social media content management will be an advantage

·       Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans, both written and verbal

·       To be detail driven and accurate in information capturing

·       To be self-managed and disciplined in approach

·       Must be able to work in a team

·       Must have a valid driver's licence.
