Our client is the leading commission management platform for financial advisers in South Africa. They are offering an exciting career opportunity for a JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANANGER who can help nurture and grow the customer base through dedicated relationship management, onboarding of new clients as well as client support.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Deal with all administrative tasks specific to the projects you are involved with and as required by the team.
- Collate, process, and clean up data from various sources.
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Learn and grow, both personally and professionally, within the safe space of a supportive team.
- Identify opportunities to drive product refinements to continuously enhance the customer experience.

**EDUCATION AND SKILLS**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, finance, or related.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a client-facing role (preferable).
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts while paying attention to detail and managing deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of Excel.
- Self-motivated and proactive, yet a team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (at least English and Afrikaans).
