**Key Objectives and Accountabilities**

Technical/Analytical
- Website on-page, off-page and technical audits and implementation
- Keyword Search
- Website UX Optimization
- Traffic monitoring and Optimization
- Develop and implement link building strategies
- SEO campaign management and roll out.

Research, reporting & Strategy
- Formulation and drive implementation of overall organic traffic strategy for client websites.
- Reviewing and analysing client websites to identify areas that can be improved and optimized
- Research and present all findings, trends and other
- Keep abreast with latest industry trends, constantly conducting research and monitoring changes in the SEO community and implementing best practice.
- Competitor analysis and benchmarking
- Test, measure and refine services provided by department.
- Accurately reporting all stats and making recommendations/ and or presenting outcomes.
- Provide insights and other recommendations.

Content Writing
- Writing search engine optimized content, i.e. writing search engine optimized copy.
- Optimizing current copy on a client''s website (page titles, Metadata, h1s, alts, anchor text, etc.)

- Performance will only be satisfactory when:

- Client satisfaction on set objectives / results is achieved
- Campaigns and briefs are executed accurately and as per deadline.
- Timeous Reporting and communication is maintained regularly with all stakeholders.
- Effective and professional management of all SEO client accounts.
- Attention to detail and ensuring quality service.
- Maintain momentum on all projects.
- Minimise errors and/or identify possible threats.
- Accurate management of all SEO retainers and assigned budgets
**Job Purpose**
- Main purpose of the SEO Specialist will be to provide analysis of all client/s website and social media pages, then making strategic recommendations for improvement and drive implementation.
- This includes monitoring website traffic, search results, and developing strategies to improve client sales and achieve all marketing objectives, as well as generating content ideas, delegating and/or implementing these to the relevant stakeholders.
- Aspects of overseeing content creation and offering suggestions and direction on objectives and how to best achieve this.
