**Job Overview**

Your work hours are flexible, but we expect you will generally **maximize your overlap with Mountain View, California hours** (Pacific Standard Time) through 12pm PT.

We are looking for a **full-time** **SEO Specialist** to play an integral part in our marketing initiatives. You must be a highly-motivated, versatile individual to work with our marketing team on projects focused on on-site optimization with the possibility of projects related to newsletter marketing, social media, and more.

As part of a small team, this role requires one to wear different hats, carry a can-do attitude, and be willing to learn constantly. There'll be plenty of opportunities to learn from seasoned business executives with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside other Marketing Team members to achieve department goals
- Support daily marketing tasks and initiatives with an attitude of ownership and pride
- Learn and adapt quickly to execute new tasks and projects, which may include administrative tasks

**Projects will include, and are not limited to, the following**:

- Keyword Research
- Landing page construction
- Internal linking in articles, landing page and footers
- Content Tagging
- Disavow/Stale Links
- Breadcrumbs QA
- URL adjustments
- Content uploading
- Ongoing content QA support

**Skills and Experience**
- 5+ years of experience in SEO
- Understanding of key SEO concepts to optimize content
- Keyword research and analysis skills
- Strong English language skills

**To be a best fit for our projects, you must have**:

- Ability to overlap with other Zicasso teams between 8am and 12pm PT, Monday through Thursday, with flexibility on Fridays
- Extraordinary attention to detail and ability to follow instructions to work with mínimal supervision
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and workflows
- Experience with Google Workspace

**Would be helpful, but is not required**:

- Ability to perform minor editing of content as needed for SEO optimization
