Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Data Administrator to join our growing team. In this collaborative role, you will work closely with our Business Analyst to assist in managing and enhancing our Power BI environment, creating advanced dashboards, and contributing to the optimization of data processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with the Business Analyst to understand and gather complex reporting requirements.
- Administer and optimize the Power BI platform for improved performance and data accuracy.
- Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
- Implement and optimize data models and transformations to meet business intelligence needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related challenges in Power BI reports.
- Provide support to the Business Analyst in interpreting data and generating meaningful insights.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into our Power BI solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, would be advantageous.
- Proven experience as an Intermediate Power BI Developer or Administrator.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX.
- In-depth understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices.
- Experience in optimizing complex data models for performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft Power BI Certification.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server or other database technologies.
- Familiarity with data warehouse concepts.
- Experience within the Logistics Industry.

- Advanced Excel skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- 3 years of experience

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Data Administration: 3 years (required)
- Power BI: 2 years (required)
- Microsoft SQL Server: 2 years (preferred)
- Power Query: 3 years (required)
- DAX: 3 years (required)
