This is a chance to contribute to meaningful work while honing your technical expertise in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.The Role: Power BI DeveloperThis junior to mid-level role is focused on developing, maintaining, and optimising Power BI dashboards, reports, and paginated reports. You will play a critical part in turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across the organisation. The role requires strong Power BI and SQL skills, with exposure to Microsoft Fabric considered an advantage.Key Responsibilities2+ years experience working with Power BI and SQL in a BI or data-focused roleDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and paginated reportsQuery existing Lakehouse tables using SQL for analysis purposesApply Row-Level Security (RLS) to manage data access securelyCollaborate with stakeholders to capture and refine reporting requirementsValidate data accuracy and conduct quality checksOptimise report performance and follow best practices in BI designDocument datasets, dashboards, and calculations for maintainabilityDeliver actionable insights that support data-driven decision-makingAbout You2-4 years relevant experience in Power BI and SQL developmentStrong skills in DAX, Power Query, data modelling, and paginated reportsSolid SQL expertise for querying and analysing datasetsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectivelyKnowledge of performance optimisation techniques for reportingExcellent communication skills, with confidence presenting results to stakeholdersAdvantageous: Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouses, OneLake, Direct Lake mode)Advantageous: Familiarity with Delta tables, Power Automate, Python, or PySparkProblem-solving mindset, curiosity to dig deeper into datasets, and a collaborative approach to teamwork
