**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including pickup, delivery, sorting, dispatch, and warehousing activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
- Monitor KPIs such as delivery turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead, train, and motivate staff including drivers, couriers, warehouse personnel, and office support.
- Manage staffing levels and schedules to meet demand.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- **Customer Service**:

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring reliable service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, courier regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase market share.
- Collaborate with management to promote services and secure new contracts.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or courier industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Workshop experience / Mechanical knowledge beneficial

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- On-time delivery rate
- Customer satisfaction score

**Working Conditions**:

- Office and warehouse environment with occasional travel required.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, Every 2ND weekends, or holidays as needed.

Pay: R18 500,00 - R24 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Logistics, courier: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers license (required)
