**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Lead Generatorto identify, qualify, and manage tender opportunities across various platforms. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their procurement needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and competitive tender submissions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Opportunity Identification**: Monitor and research tender portals, government bulletins, and industry publications to identify relevant tenders in both the public and private sectors.
- **Lead Qualification**: Assess the viability of tender opportunities based on Fullserve's capabilities and strategic objectives, including budget considerations.
- **Client Engagement**: Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their procurement processes and requirements.
- **Database Management**: Maintain an up-to-date database of tender opportunities, submission deadlines, and client interactions. Coordinate with the tender department to ensure timely updates on active tenders and upcoming deadlines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the tender, projects, and marketing teams to gather necessary information and documentation for accurate and timely tender submissions.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on tender activities, success rates, and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in lead generation, with a focus on public and private sector tender coordination or a similar environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and tender management software.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with South African tendering processes and procurement regulations.

- **Analytical Thinking**: Ability to assess tender requirements and align them with company offerings.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions and internal collaboration.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in reviewing tender documents and ensuring compliance with submission criteria.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify challenges in the tendering process and propose effective solutions.

**Performance Metrics**:

- **Lead Conversion Rate**: Percentage of identified tenders that progress to submission.
- **Tender Success Rate**: Proportion of submitted tenders that result in awarded contracts.
- **Client Engagement**: Number of new client relationships established through tendering activities.
- **Process Efficiency**: Timeliness and accuracy of tender submissions.
