Responsible for managing the overall operational performance of the Business Unit including, revenue, profitability, performance, expenditures and staffing through delegation of duties.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Warehouse and Stockpile management
- Train and Road Haul offloading management
- Vessel loading management
- Material handling
- Fleet & Logistics Management
- Financial control
- Stakeholder management
- People management

**Skills Required**:

- Relevant qualification in logistics management
- Minimum 5 - 6 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Management experience essential
- Transnet Port Terminal, Transnet Freight Rail or TNPA exposure beneficial.
- Strategic Planning
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Decision making skills.
- Interpersonal skills
- Business Acumen
