Reference Number "LONG-ITS-001" Exciting opportunity to work at **Head Office. **ACDC Dynamics, a leading manufacturer, importer, and distributor of quality products in the electrical, electronics, pumps, and tools industry is looking for an Internal Technical Sales - Exports. **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**: Responsible for the presentation of the ACDC product range. Responsible for sales and client maintenance with all cross-border clients. Providing technical support to clients with the ACDC offering. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Quoting on inbound call Centre, following the sales process to invoice stage. - Understanding of the marketplace relative to product offering and client base demographics - Must come from an Electrical Background - Liaising with transporters/couriers - Training clients on products as and when required - Providing clients with the best solutions using ACDC products - Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales - Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts - Follow up on back orders - Quote reports and follow up - Queries and general administration - Negotiating and closing sales, (including requesting discount to convert sales) - Requesting feedback and follow up on ETAs via Procurement department - Daily reports - Up and cross selling including promotion of specials (to supply evidence and regularity) - Relationship and co-operation with external sales team and other departments - Resolving complaints **REQUIREMENTS**: - Experience and or knowledge in an Electrical manufacturing/sales environment - An Electrical or similar technical qualification will be advantageous. - 1 to 3 years in related sales role - Technical product knowledge of our products - Knowledge of cross border policies and procedures an advantage - Ability to establish new markets/ establish new business relationships and train clients on products - Good understanding of the export markets and demographics. **ATTRIBUTES**: - Excellent attention to detail - Punctuality - Ability to work well under pressure - Good Communication and Interpersonal skills - Good organizational and Admin skills
